J'ai acheter aujourd'hui un coupon neosurf pour ma carte VERITAS. Etant habitué au sistème PCS (Immédiat). La pour ma carte VERITAS pour la recharge n'ayant que par neosurf pour charger immédiatement en espèce je vois que ca a bien été débité immmédiatement mais a cet instant 19:10 toujours pas créditer sur mon compte !!!

Est ce normal, quel est la meilleure méthode pour recharcher cette dernière.

Mais que dois je faire, je ne peux recharger ma veritas carte par virement 8€ par carte non plus, il ne me reste que neocash. Comment me faire remboursser???
Je vous en supplie, je suis interdit bancaire, je n'ai aucun fonds, ces 50e était tout pour moi et je dois les remboursser ....

de même la recharge est neosurf et quand je suis aller sur le site de veritas m'a marquer que c'est passer. Et encore autre chose auprès de veritas, quand j'ai acheter a la fin du paiement il m'a mit un mot que le paiement est fait mais que le serveur a un pb. J'ai donc réitérer la manœuvre par chrome et la pareil. Résultat débiter 2x de 29.90 € et la je recois ma carte et ai perdu 50 € de coupon neosurf.
Résultat 80 € de perdu chez veritas, un service mail inexcistant etc...

- Now the problem i have pay 2x29.90€ + 2x 1€ for ONLY 1 card

- Second problem, i have pay you for Upload my account with cash neosurf of 50€ and to now, Nothing.

I have a big site commercial and i have mean to work with you but now i’m not sure. Please solve my probems !
